Richard Millson elected to CEDIA Board of Directors

We’re proud to announce that Richard Millson was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA). The Associations’ membership across North America voted last fall to award Richard Millson a seat on the Board. The stated mission of CEDIA is to promote high standards of integrity, business ethics and professionalism amongst all those engaged in the design and installation of electronic systems for the home.
If you’ve had the opportunity to attend one of Richard’s speaking engagements, then you’ve heard about the processes and methods he has been championing for years, resulting in Millson being recognized as Canada’s Premiere Residential Technology Provider. Responding to the announcement, Richard had the following to say about the opportunity to join CEDIA’s Board: “Obviously it’s a great honor to be elected to the Board of Directors for CEDIA, especially since it was the thousands of CEDIA members including so many peers and colleagues that voted. I believe that the next 24 months will be a time of incredible change for our industry, which of course will present both significant challenges and new opportunities for our members. I take the responsibility of my new Board position and the trust placed in me very seriously and I look forward to an exciting time ahead.”
