During this phase, we'll lead you through our non-technical discovery process, exploring the various options and possibilities and clearly defining your goals and expectations.

Design

At Millson, we take design very seriously. As a result, we work in close collaboration with the other professionals on your project team to ensure that the technology systems in your home are coordinated, integrated and where possible, even invisible.

We generate highly detailed computer aided design (CAD) drawing sets that capture and communicate every detail of the systems we provide. Elevation details are also provided, allowing for precise coordination with other trades.

Build

During the build phase, quality control is paramount. We hand assemble and test each broadcast-quality cable and connection to ensure the best picture and sound possible.

Commercial quality electrical power protection is included to safeguard sensitive electronics and all system components are securely mounted in professional equipment racking

Program

Creating residential electronic systems that are elegant and simple to use requires extensive programming knowledge and expertise.

Our highly skilled team takes great care to ensure that all systems are programmed to operate predictably and reliably together, while presenting a user interface that is simple and easy to use, every time.

Test

This is a critical phase of our process and an important part of what sets us apart from others in our industry. Each and every system we build undergoes complete and rigorous testing and retesting in our dedicated Quality Control Lab.

This robust testing protocol takes place prior to final installation on site, ensuring that all components and programming are fully operational and functioning as specified.

Our installations are on time and on budget because we do it once and we do it right.

Install

During this final stage of our proven process, we personally deliver and carefully install all of the pre-tested systems. Our Engineering, Production and Installation Teams take pride in the work they do and stand behind it by signing their names on every system we deliver.

Once final installation is complete, we provide a comprehensive walk-through of the entire system to ensure you are entirely comfortable with every aspect of its operation.

Lastly, we are confident enough in our proven process that we include a comprehensive 3 Year Millson Warranty, the longest offered by any firm in our industry.
